COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer MD3600 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Foxboro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Actus-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Astec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Foxboro such as the P0961FR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NPSA20NN50E8 manufactured by Actus-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most Actus-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NT6C25FF61 by Manufacturer Astec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD112BN030N2M130PB1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew-Eurodrive such as MDR60A015050300 equipment made by Sew-Eurodrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew-Eurodrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew-Eurodrive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P0903NU made by Foxboro as well as the popular MDD112CN020N2L130PB0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPGB010031S22 by Allen-Bradley and MDR60A015050300 spares by Sew-Eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MFD22AZ36FAF1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive. |
